Purchases & refunds
Last updated 20 October 2026. This policy covers individual macro purchases and Vela Premium.
What you receive
A US$14.99 one-time purchase gives your signed-in Vela account permanent access to the selected macro and its future updates. It does not include other macros or transfer ownership of the software itself. Vela Premium costs US$7.99 per month and gives your account access to the macro library during the paid subscription period. All listed prices are in US dollars; review the final total in Stripe before paying.
Digital delivery
Access is added to the Vela account used to begin checkout after the server verifies payment. Refresh your account in the launcher, then install or open the macro. Nothing is shipped. An internet connection and the same Vela account are required to verify access. Supported macros require Windows 10/11 and a compatible Roblox client; game updates can affect availability. Long-distance navigation in Slayers 2 is experimental.
Premium renewal and cancellation
Premium renews monthly until canceled. Open your account in Vela and use the subscription management option to cancel renewal through Stripe. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period and prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period. Permanent macro purchases remain available independently of Premium.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, including simply deciding to stop using a macro or Premium. We offer refunds for duplicate charges and technical problems with the purchased access or macro that we cannot resolve. This policy applies to both individual macro purchases and Premium payments.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or another remedy under those laws regardless of this policy. See the ACCC’s consumer rights information.
Requesting help or a refund
Get support through the official Vela Discord server. Describe the problem and the macro involved. For purchase or refund requests, share your purchase date and receipt reference privately with the support team rather than posting billing details in a public channel. Never send a card number, password, Discord token or account session credentials. An approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Refunded access is removed from your Vela account.
Sponsored access
Work.ink and LootLabs unlocks do not charge a Vela purchase price. Completing a provider’s tasks gives the selected macro 24 hours of access after verified completion. Their sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Expiry stops the macro and removes its installed package when it is no longer in use; your local settings are preserved.
