Privacy at Vela

The website

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or sign-up forms. Cloudflare hosts the website and handles network requests, which can include IP addresses and standard request metadata under its own privacy practices.

Your Vela account

Vela uses Discord sign-in through Supabase Auth. Supabase receives the profile and email information authorized during sign-in; Vela requires a confirmed email on the resulting account. The launcher uses your email for its account display. Vela’s Cloudflare backend stores your account identifier, macro ownership, unlock expiry times, and payment or reward transaction references. The launcher receives temporary account credentials; it never needs your Discord password.

Payments

Stripe handles hosted checkout and subscription management when these options are enabled. Vela sends the account email and an internal account reference to associate purchases with the correct owner. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, rather than stored in the launcher or Vela’s access database.

On your PC

Routes and macro settings stay on your PC. Account session credentials are encrypted for your Windows user. The access service does not receive Roblox cookies, passwords, raw game memory, or screenshots. Configured loot webhooks send the selected pickup details to the destination you choose.

Sponsored unlocks

Work.ink and LootLabs are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Visiting a provider’s unlock link sends your browser to that provider. Vela sends a random account-bound completion reference and verifies the returned completion to assign access to your account.

Records and privacy requests

Uninstalling the launcher does not delete server-side account, ownership, or transaction records. Account and transaction records are retained as needed to provide your access, resolve billing disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact the support team through the official Vela Discord server to request account deletion or ask about your data. Identity verification may be needed; some billing records may need to be retained. Do not post private account or billing information in public channels. Discord processes support conversations under its own privacy practices.
